How to use
① Purchase a re-dyeing ticket (order)
Please choose your favorite color on the website and purchase a ticket. After you apply, we will send you the clothes.
②Customer sends clothes
Please pack your clothes in an envelope, shopping bag, cardboard box, etc. and mail it to the designated address.

③Clothing inspection
We will only contact you if there is a problem with the dyeing after the clothes arrive. If there is no problem, please wait until delivery.
④Re-dyeing
After checking the clothes, we will send them to the workshop. The re-dyeing period will be 1 to 2 months after the clothes arrive. (Based on business days)

About Shipping
Regarding delivery methods, the delivery method will be determined by our store and, as a general rule, customers cannot choose the method. We also do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.
Generally, your order will arrive within 2-3 days after delivery. (It may take 3-4 days for deliveries to remote islands, etc.)
Please note that this does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are taking place.
When packing, we will take great care to ensure that the outer box is not scratched or dented before preparing for shipping, but after delivery to the delivery company, there is a possibility that damage may occur during transportation due to some kind of trouble or the delivery company's responsibility.
We ask for your understanding that there may be scratches or dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the product.

Returns Policy
- If the product you receive is damaged or soiled during shipping, is defective, or is different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and return it to us cash on delivery. We will handle the issue after receiving the product.
- Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are limited to unopened, unused items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and return it. However, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- We sincerely apologize for any damage or soiling caused by the customer, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
