Reclaimed wood DIY "Palm Garden" Workshopby "Hinome" × " POP-UP FARM " × "Machikuro"

\Live a stylish life with DIY crafts using recycled materials/
We're trying our hand at creating a "palm-sized garden" using recycled wood!
We will create a small garden of about 10cm square using old wood and sow seeds of autumn vegetables in the palm of our hands.
It's just big enough to fit on the table, so you can set it up in a limited space, such as a balcony or entrance. It's also easy to move it around to suit the sunlight.

■This workshop is held at "Circulation" Takasaki Opa
In cooperation with "Machikuro" on the 4th floor, both are carrying out various initiatives and programs with the theme of "circulation."
The first guest, Hinome, an antiques shop, collects "mottainai" (things that would be wasted) such as old wood and gadgets from vacant houses, repairs them in a corner of an interesting building in Maebashi City, and sells them, passing on the feelings that are embedded in the items to the next generation. Collecting and repairing memorable items before they are thrown away allows them to be passed on to the next generation.

Our second guest is Share Re Green Co., Ltd., which operates "POP-UP FARM," a mobile farm that utilizes recycled materials.
By collecting waste materials, mainly artificial marble and wood, generated during the construction of houses and using them as materials for a mobile farm, they have created a recycling-oriented farm in the middle of a city that is far removed from agricultural culture. They are a driving force behind the cycle, unearthing culture and fostering local relationships.
